Terms and Conditions for the use of the IATA airline designators and location identifiers The IATA airline designators codes and location identifiers (referred to herein collectively as “Codes”) which you have been provided with are the intellectual property of IATA in respect of which IATA retains sole ownership and is the sole copyright holder. The Codes are licensed, and not sold, to you (“the Licensee”), and may be used within your software applications. This license may not be assigned or transferred by the Licensee to any third party. The Codes, in their raw format (ASCII format), shall not be disclosed, given or sold to any third parties. Breach of these terms and Conditions of use of the Codes shall result in an immediate termination of this license.
