The product includes two electronic files in JPG: full colour and black & white, of the IATA Baggage Identification Chart (specially designed, different from the laminated chart or the wall poster version). Shall be used by airlines on their baggage claim forms distributed among passengers. The files shall not be reproduced for any other purposes. 2006 International Air Transport Association. Except for the license granted below, no part of the IATA Baggage Charts may be reproduced, recast, reformatted or transmitted in any form by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or any information storage and retrieval system, without the prior written consent of IATA. IATA hereby grants your company a non-exclusive, non-assignable license to reproduce all or part of the IATA Baggage Charts in your company's own form for lost baggage presented to your passengers for their lost baggage claims. IATA also grants your company the right to display the content of the IATA Baggage Charts on your company's Internet provided that access to this content is solely made available to your company's passengers who have lost their baggage. A breach of the terms of this license by your company may result in an immediate termination of this license without prejudice to any other recourse IATA may have against your company.
